After roughly 15 years at our Yellowstone Ave. location, it was time for a change, leading Community Connections, Inc. to secure a new downtown office / Center as of September 6, 2024.
The newly remodeled space at 412 W. Center St (83204) is roughly three times the size of our previous Center, allowing us to expand enrollment in our DT / ADH program, while accommodating new professional hires focused on managing the growth of our Res-Hab and Employment services, as well.
