Services Now Available in Idaho Falls (August 1, 2023)

Community Connections, Inc. is extremely excited about the opportunity to work directly with the Idaho Falls community in a joint effort at providing support to adults with developmental disabilities after the recent launch of our Supported Living / Residential Habilitation program.

Our commitment to providing the highest quality of service via compassionate, dedicated, experienced and team-oriented professionals is second to none and will undoubtedly benefit participants and their families looking for a truly individualized and results-oriented service model; we don’t just preach it, we do it.

One of the main catalysts in our approach to providing the highest quality service among all providers is our dedication to staff training, supervision, and on-site program management.

We support and encourage participants to take advantage of volunteer opportunities in order to build pre-vocations skills as they work towards future employment opportunities.  Social gatherings such as movie nights, BBQs, bowling leagues, college football get-togethers, etc. are at the forefront, aimed at creating lasting friendships. 

Finally, Community Connections, Inc. is proud to lead the industry in our commitment to dedicating immense financial resources to Quality Assurance. CCI’s overall focus on program integrity is monitored by our Quality Control Administrator and three full-time QA professionals.

We look forward to utilizing our education and lengthy experience advocating for those with mental health and developmental disabilities; we will go the extra mile to make sure every participant has the opportunity to receive the best care, while living their best lives.

Local CBS News Affiliate Highlights CCI’s Employment Program

Community Connections, Inc. has been providing an array of vocational services across the state, helping thousands of individuals with disabilities locate and retain employment since 2007, enriching our client’s lives while enhancing independence.

As we align with local employers, Vocational Rehabilitation, Health & Welfare and Rehabilitation Services Accreditation System to serve those in need of vocational assistance, the work of CCI‘s seasoned Employment Specialists and local employers often go unrecognized.

This link highlights the work of CCI‘s employment program and is an example of the statewide accomplishments our clients and Employment Specialists are experiencing!
