CCI
offers individual and small group developmental therapy for children and adults
in need of assistance in becoming more independent.
This program includes opportunities for children from birth to 21
years (EPSDT) and adults 21 and older (TSC). Service Coordinators work with
families to advocate for their needs, help coordinate services, attend meetings
and provide crisis assistance.
Services range from supported living apartments to Certified
Family Homes. CCI provides 24-hour on-site staff in support of individuals
wanting to live as independently as possible in their own home.
IBI
is an individualized intervention program aimed at children who have
self-injurious, aggressive, severe maladaptive behaviors and deficits with
communication skills. The one-on-one therapy will assist in reducing these
behaviors.
Designed for individuals with disabilities to obtain and retain
work in an integrated community environment with a goal of reduced on-site and
or on-going supported services.
Aimed at vastly improving cognitive and functional abilities and
developing social skills, we help individuals with mental illnesses not only
recover, but live productive and well-rounded lives as members of the
community.
